Married to Gloria Beth Garvey. After her passing in 1981 he married Marcene Judd Ball.

We were on our way home from Lake Powell on August 13, 2010 when we got a voicemail from Marcene letting us know that Dad was not doing well. Then we got a followup voicemail telling us that he was gone. We'd missed seeing him by a couple of hours. Scott was actually on his way to go and see his dad again. We went home to Provo and Scott went ahead and went to see Marcene in St. George.

This is the house in American Fork that Dad grew up in.

He was buried in the American Fork Cemetery on August 21, 2010.
