Well, the whole moving day came WAY too fast! I tried to be ready, but it was slow going. I wanted to go through things and throw stuff away as I went. We sent the green leather furniture back to Provo so the last few days of TV watching were spent in our Cabella's recliners!
The movers came after 8am to get started. They were finished by about 4pm. We only did one thing wrong. We weren't supposed to take the black refrigerator!!! When the new people moved in they were a little upset. Oops! We had to have the moving company search for it and bring it back. Then they brought it back a little worse for wear and it's all under negotiations right now.
Kathy Holt came and stayed for a while to help clean up the floors and vacuum. Lyn Tyler came over for a while too and brought her vacuum after mine decided to break on the last room to be done! So sad to be leaving our wonderful ward, house, yard, pool, etc. It will definitely be missed. Hopefully we'll find something in Colorado we can enjoy as much.
