Candymaking Lessons!

Colleen Poulsen is my new candy guru! She's taught me many times how to make some different kinds of candy and I've taught her how to make peanut brittle and divinity.

Today she helped Leslie Stroud and I make a couple of different batches of caramels. I decided this one is VERY tricky. I'm going to need to do it again because even after I went home and tried another batch, it didn't work. They're like science experiments gone wrong! I'm looking forward to trying it again next year!
