After the Running for Angels morning, we went up American Fork canyon that evening to celebrate Jeff's and Neena's birthday. We lived at the base of the canyon for 15 years and Scott and I only went up a handful of times. Our kids used it ALL the time, and still do. They're so active and we're pretty much couch potatoes. It was fun to be outside and fun to be together. Sad to think we didn't appreciate it and use it like we should have.
